M/S Fair Creative was started Screen Printing on various items since 1986. Right
from the
beginning we
aimed for the better to better quality. From the year 1990 we concentrated our effort to print
plastic
items through automation. We are the introducer of Acid alkali proof printing & four colour
process
job on poly bottles through silk screen printing process in EASTERN India in the year
1992.
In every 2 year span, we always focused to install the new machines with latest
technology to
develop the printing quality & to increase the production capacity.
We had installed our 4 colour Pad printing machine on 2006 to print on even or uneven surface such
as CAP, COMB, CUP-PLATE, TOOTH-BRUSH, FLAT or OVAL BOTTLE, PEN etc. After that we centralised our
concentration on Pad printing by installing few more Pad printing machines with latest technology &
automation such as- Linear index, Oval index pad printing machines.
Now, we are concentrating on Dry offset printing process. We are the first manufacturer in India who
has done multiple color printing direct on the balm containers instead of labelling which reduces
the waste of time for labelling and reduces the cost also. We also achieved the security printing
process with the help of this. With the help of Dry offset printing over the container, the product
will have its identity and premium look for at-least 20 years. We can print over moulded Dishwash
Containers,Food containers, Paint containers, Cosmetic containers, Ayurvedic containers, Medicine or
Tablet packing containers which reduces the labour charge of labelling and saves more time.
On the basis of customer requirements, we have installed Batch Coding printing and synchronised
it with online
Automatic surface tension generating unit.
Also, We have installed Injection moulding machines
with all the moulds by which we can mould packaging items, bottle caps, Automotive Parts &
components, Game-toys, Pocket Combs, Storage Containers, Mechanical parts, Electrical equipments
and many other Plastic available today.
